• It is your responsibility to keep your account password strictly confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.
• Withdrawal access may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

03 Deposits & Payments

Dbb33 currently accepts deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300, and the maximum per-transaction limit is set in accordance with applicable rules.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued automatically. If not, please contact support.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.

04 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal from dbb33. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

• If bonuses are abused through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on dbb33 operate in accordance with international standards and are regularly audited by independent third-party auditors. Every game outcome is completely random.

• If a technical error is detected in a game outcome, that round will be considered void.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on server records.
• Confirmed bets in Sports Betting cannot be cancelled.
• Late bets placed on live events will be settled according to the server timestamp.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited:
